MIRAIKŌ SYSTEMS (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us") operates miraikosystems.lk. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

What we collect

• Email: anything you choose to send to info@miraikosystems.lk.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
• Language preference: your choice of English or Japanese is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your personal data.

Why we use it

We use contact details only to reply to your enquiry and to continue any business conversation you start with us. Technical data is used to operate and protect the website.

Service providers and transfers

This website is hosted by Netlify, which may process data on servers outside Sri Lanka. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading this site does not contact Google or other third parties. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to its processing. Email info@miraikosystems.lk and we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
